Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of stickers.heyluckylabel.com and any order you place there. By uploading a photo or placing an order you agree to them. Plain language throughout; where it matters legally we've said so.

What we make

You upload a photo, choose a size, effect and cut, and we print it on durable vinyl, cut it, and mail it to the address you give us. Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars, and are for the stickers; shipping is added as its own line and the total including shipping is shown before you pay.

Your photo and your rights in it

• You must own the photo or have permission to use it. Don't upload copyrighted images, brand logos, or other people's work without the right to do so.
• If people are in the photo, you're responsible for having their consent — especially for children.
• No hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal content. We refuse and refund any order we won't print.
• You keep every right to your photo. You give us only the licence we need to store it, render the effect, make the print file, and produce your order.
• AI-effect renders are made from your photo by an automated service. They can differ from the preview and occasionally get details wrong. The approved preview on the review step is what we print.

Orders and payment

• Your order is placed when payment succeeds. You'll get a confirmation email with a link to your order page — that link is how you track it, so keep the email.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Promo codes are subject to their own limits (for example, one per email) and can be withdrawn at any time.
• We can cancel an order and refund it in full if we can't produce it — unreadable photo, content we won't print, an address we can't ship to.

Shipping

Orders ship from the United States by USPS (untracked First-Class letter mail for small orders, or a tracked service if you choose the upgrade) or, for larger orders and rush, by UPS or USPS tracked package. The "Arrives by" date shown at checkout is an estimate (our production time plus the carrier's usual business-day transit), not a guarantee; carrier delays are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping we'll reprint it free (see the refund policy). Tracked orders show tracking on your order page once the label is created. We ship to the address you enter — please check it. Orders returned to us for a bad address can be re-shipped at your cost.

Returns and refunds

Every sticker is custom-made from your photo, so we can't resell it and don't accept returns for change of mind. Love it or we reprint it free: if it arrives damaged, misprinted, not what you approved, or doesn't arrive, we'll reprint or refund — see the refund policy.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. If you make one, keep your password private and tell us if you think it's been compromised. We may close accounts used to abuse the service.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break the site, scrape other people's designs, run automated uploads to burn our AI rendering credits, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may rate-limit or block traffic that looks abusive.

Our stuff

The site, its design, code and the Hey Lucky name and logo are ours. The effects are generic art styles — you don't get exclusivity on a style, and we don't claim any rights in your photo.

Limits on our liability

We'll make your stickers with care, but the service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that can't be waived.

Privacy

How we handle your photos and details is in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Orders placed under earlier terms keep those terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
